Nature of the portal and no implied recognition
The portal is a private registry for the voluntary carbon market, not the Union Registry for the EU ETS. Displayed units are not presented as EU ETS allowances. References to European rules, methodologies, certifications, institutions or patronage have the meaning and scope stated in project documents and do not establish public approval of the portal.
Presence in the registry does not automatically confer conformity or recognition under Regulation (EU) 2024/3012 establishing the CRCF framework. Any specific qualification must be checked against the project, certification scheme, period and conditions actually applicable.
Published information and the meaning of consultation
Pages describe recorded data, quantities, documents, statuses and operations. Project pages, certificates, other published evidence and reconciliation notes should be read together. Project duration, certified period and vintage may differ and must not be treated as interchangeable.
A file with a watermark and SHA-256 fingerprint identifies the published version but does not replace professional assessment of its content. Downloaded copies may not reflect subsequent updates: always check the current page and serial status before operational decisions.
Commercial enquiries and no automatic purchase
Consulting the catalogue or submitting a form does not constitute an accepted order, a binding reservation or a transfer of credits. Prices, contractual availability, services, transfer terms and party obligations must be set out in any separate agreements. These forms do not execute payments or automatic purchases.

Trademarks, documents and reuse
Trademarks, software, texts, photographs, technical materials and documents belong to their respective rights holders. Publication does not grant a general commercial exploitation licence or transfer rights in third-party documents. Uses permitted by law and any expressly stated licences remain available.
When citing registry information, preserve its context, identify the source and consultation date and do not misleadingly alter watermarks, signatures, quantities or conclusions. Trademarks and references to the operator, verifiers or projects must not be used to imply a non-existent affiliation or approval.
Availability, external links and responsibility
The service may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security or faults. Uninterrupted access is not promised. Third-party information is assessed within its documentary context; errors or discrepancies can be reported to the operator for review and any traceable corrections.
External links lead to services governed by their operators’ terms and notices. This notice does not exclude or limit non-excludable liability, liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or statutory rights; it does not replace the terms of any signed agreements.
Updates, languages and protection of rights
The update date identifies a content revision, not approval by an authority. Italian and English versions are provided for consistent consultation; differences may be reported and do not waive applicable rights. Publishing changes does not constitute the user’s acceptance of new contractual terms.
